So I lied.

C'mon kids, you knew I couldn't stay away. I bet you were even taking bets on how long I could hold out.

The answer: not very long. A matter of hours, almost. It's like telling myself not to just made the addiction worse.

I installed Movable Type, so now you have a fancy layout, archives, the works. This is a way to start over. If you must have them, you can still find every one of the first 80 entries here, however, I am leaving them behind for now. Too much craziness, too much fiery emotion and too much work. (Only fellow webmasters will understand the pain of doing all the html navagation by hand.)

Anyway, what better way to christen the new journal than with a nice, light survey, brought to you by none other than Sam.

8. Who do you want to spend the rest of your life with? geez I don't know (I'm 19).

13. How are you today? umm I've been better.

14. Your favorite drink? Bacardi and Sprite (you asked...)

15. How do you eat an Oreo? I don't like 'em. The cream makes my tummy hurt.

17. What makes you happy? getting e-mail, time with friends, concerts, music

18. What's the next CD you're going to get? I'm thinking Incubus - Morning View. Hard to tell though.

26. Have you ever won any special awards? I won “French Student of the Year” my senior year of high school. Other than that I'm pretty ordinary.

27. What are your future goals? To live fast, go to a lot of concerts, be really close with my friends, and to have a job that I love.

28. Favorite music? Geez DO NOT even get me started.

29. Favorite Group? right now? umm Will Hoge. I mean Jump. I mean Veblen. Dammit.

30. Favorite food? Teryaki chicken, pizza, Ben & Jerry's Phish Food, croissants

31. Favorite movie? I'm going to go with Three Amigos, Almost Famous, and High Fidelity.

32. What is your favorite day? Last day of school, closely rivaled by —the first day of school. I'm all mixed up.

33. Why is that your favorite day? Possibility.

34. Do u like to dance? Yeah, but not like — where people can see me.

35. Are you shy to ask someone out? it's a crippling fear of rejection, not shyness.

36. Worst sickness you ever had? I had the death flu in January. I could have sworn I had the plague. It was so painful. And I had to miss Veblen!

37. What's the stupidest thing you've ever done? Too many to list, kids.

38. Do you like scary or happy movies better? Geez I don't know. ‘Happy’ usually translates to “sappy” so that won't work... scary is blood and gore... I like funny movies, satires, rock operas, and art films people have a hard time understanding. Also, anything with John Cusack.

40. Summer or winter? I couldn't care less I never leave the computer anyway.

41. Hugs or kisses? I have to CHOOSE?

42. Have you ever been in love? nope. I've thought I was before. I was a stupid kid.

44. Is Golf a Sport? no. Not because it doesn't require skill but because you can't negotiate a major merger while playing anything else.

45. Do you want your friends to write back? YES! I love getting “real” e-mail

46. Who is least likely to respond? Sam, because she sent it too me.

47. Most likely? umm I really do not know.

48. Favorite book? Maybe The Stand?

52. Favorite T.V. show? I don't watch enough to have a favorite anymore I don't think. I guess Buffy/Angel, I like ER, and the Simpsons.

My sister has just created a journal here, so visit and show her the kind of love you've shown me. I'll get by with or without positive feedback. Although I enjoy it immensely.

(Besides, most of the first entry is about how great I am. Who'd want to miss that?)
