My registration appointment is tomorrow at 3:00. I need to pick up at least 12 hours. What you need to know:

I love to read but I have no time
I mainly need classes to boost/maintain my GPA
I should be in art school next semester so I should be able to drop all but 6 hours
All of the following are worth 3 hours each

So, pick your favorite four and specify your favorite two. I can't promise I'll take any of it into consideration, but at least you get to see what I'm considering:

NMIX 2020. Introduction to New Media. (Part of the New Media Certificate Program which my advisor is all insistent I consider. I'm not sure there is much to it.)

MUSI 2040. History of Popular Music.

CMLT 3110. Literature of the Self.

CMLT(ANTH) 3180. Introduction to East Asian Cultures.

PSYC 2101. The Psychology of Adjustment.

SOCI 2470. Deviance and Social Control.

SOCI 2600. Social Problems.

SOCI 3010. Sociology of Culture.

okay, I really think you should do the New Media thing, cuz it would be a breeze for you, and you never know... YOU could really use it. Companies love certificates. Literature of the self sounds really interesting, and i know you're good with literature. Brizzoach and I both think you Deviance and should take deviance and social control...
