What is Your Heart REALLY Made of?
The weekend was not bad. Saw Jump on Friday, and got to hang out with several of my Jump ladies (plus Chris Slack), so that rocked, despite mostly not being able to breathe through a lot of it.
Saturday and Sunday, mostly laid low. Missed the 106 production of Macbeth completely by accident, but it's okay, because I think that just sitting on the foof and watching DVDs all weekend really helped with getting better, which I mostly am. Not totally, but I'm well on my way.
Highlight of Sunday: I managed to get Abie totally addicted to Six Feet Under. MUHAHA.
Today I had to go to the health center for a bronchitis follow up, and when I finished it was still really early, so I went to psychological services, filled out some paperwork, and got some referrals, along with a list of every mental health service in the area. My health insurance is changing first of next month, and provided they cover something (we'll have to see), I will probably be searching for some kind of steady therapy situation. It has a lot to do with how much it will cost, as well as how well my motivation holds up. We'll have to see. As the person who talked to me today put it, it would be nice to have some kind of support in place the next time things start slipping.
- concentrate on getting totally well
- do laundry
- start reading for next test
- work on 106 west dot com administration
- try not to be a waste of a brain

Jenna, I'm very, very happy that you took the first step into getting your entire self (mind and body) completely well. Myself and and the rest of us (and there's many) that love you will be very relieved to hear this.
