There is not much to report this year, but this is a Christmas tradition. Read More »

As you might have guessed, one of my presents was a cute new digicam.
Some updates:
As it turns out, you can get in trouble for alcohol you may or may not have consumed at one time.
But it turned out fine. I just went in and told the truth (except replacing 'me' with 'someone really close to me', which is still the truth, just keeps me from looking like an alcoholic) and he promised me my record would be cleared, and so would my roommate's, and reminded me to be more careful with things like this is the future.
Oh, I will.
Sabrina is the newest hostee at 5750, and the board is becoming more active. And it's still orange! Go, I command you.
As for HTML not showing up in comments, that's because I disabled HTML in comments, so all tags get stripped. Being a designer/developer I know how malicious users could get if I allowed HTML, but I'm currently looking for a patch to allow certain tags (i,b,u,s,a, and maybe img) in the comments. But I also might just give up, allow HTML and wait for an attack. We'll see.
I know if you don't know anything about HTML none of that means anything to you, and that's fine. You have your own strengths, dear.
Also, come to the Christmas Show! I command you.
Seems I'm all about the bossing around today.

So I actually woke up the first time my alarm went off today.
Just got up, walked across the room and shut it off. Thought about laying back down but felt strangely...rested.
The start of a good day.
That was 9:00. My first class wasn't until 11:15. I took a shower and checked my e-mail and read some Ben Brown and got dressed and walked casually down the street to my Marine Enviroment class.
And who's in my class but Jesse, my old high school pal. We both stand there looking at the “Physics 1010” on the board, wondering together if we are in the right place, until someone who must be our instructor comes in and switches it.
We breathe a collective sigh of relief and sit down. The 3 instructors then proceed to use the entire class period going over the syllabus. Fun fun.
However, I have a study partner! Yay!
I went to the bookstore afterwards and they didn't have anything but the Marine Enviroment book used so I bought that and my lab fee card and got out and saw Melissa on the plaza! Yey! And then I went downtown and bought my Jump ticket for Thursday, and then went and ate lunch without event.
It gets better, I promise. Read More »
